Custom Orders:
Cleatech maintains an on-site staff of engineers ready to design custom solutions to your specifications. Cleatech will provide formal quotations based on detailed drawings. Custom and special orders may require up to 90% down payment on receipt of order and estimated freight and handling payable prior to shipping. Shipping date estimates begin on receipt of customer approval of drawings and the initial payment. Custom orders are not returnable nor cancel-able without approval from Cleatech and require payment of incurred costs.
